“We firmly oppose granting legal personality to AI products, ensuring that human determination remains central to decision-making processes. Technology is not an external force; it is shaped by us. We hold the power to shape it in a positive and beneficial manner. We all recognize the potential for good that AI possesses, enabling us to advance the Sustainable Development Goals.”

The enlightening keynote panel session on fintech at GITEX Africa, featuring Sheel Mohnot, Karima ElHakim, Omar Bekkali, Dorothy McAuliffe, Selma Ribica, and Francesco Craciolici, provided much food for thought. The panelists engaged the audience with their profound insights on fostering resilience in the fintech sector.
